How to Reserve a Condo

• Signed Combined ProForma Reservation Agreement (CPRA) [free of erasure] 
• Signed Buyer's Information Sheet (BIS) 
• Signed Floor Plan (updated) 
• Government issued ID with clear signature and picture 
• Passport (if foreigner) 
• Reservation Fee of Php 50,000 or equivalent currency (Cash, Check, Credit Card or Remittance)

Additional Requirements

•  Proof of Billing (POB) not older than 3 months, address should be the same as indicated in the Buyer's Information Sheet
• Post Dated Checkc (PDC's) of at least 12 months
• Age Disclosure Form  
• Taxpayer's Identification Number ID (TIN)
• Other documentary requirements may be requested as necessary
